Hello and welcome to the inaugural client newsletter of RDA Group Pty Ltd. You may notice that the name has changed slightly - from RDA Computing Services to RDA Group Pty Ltd. This change came into effect from 1 July 2007, but whilst our name has changed slightly, our Mission Statement has not - 'To provide premium ERP, CRM and Network Infrastructure Technology to business'.
With our new name comes a new brand image which is the culmination of our thoughts and ideas over recent months. I believe the new RDA Group logo and web site, combined with our slight name change, truly represents our corporate identity as the modern but experienced solution providers that we are. I encourage you to visit our new site at www.therdagroup.com.au - it really does portray the extent of the services and solutions we offer today.
In addition to our new name, logo and web site, the last six months have seen significant improvements and changes for RDA Group. We moved to new premises in Sydney and Melbourne, and opened the Brisbane branch to satisfy our expanding Queensland client base. These larger spaces have allowed us to significantly enhance our two business streams and subsequently we have achieved several partner certifications, including Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, VMware Enterprise Partner, Citrix Silver Partner, IBM Advanced Business Partner and IBM Tivoli Storage Software Partner.
Whilst this is incredibly satisfying and rewarding for us, I believe it is important for you as well. It is recognition by these major corporations of the work we have done in attaining high level skills that we use in firstly preparing recommendations and then in delivering the services and products to make them work.
It is an interesting time that we live and work in, full of change and new technologies. I look forward to RDA Group continuing to be in a position to provide Information Technology solutions as part of what the future has in store for us all.
